The hotel staff was very welcoming and gracious. The location was perfect, not too close or too far from the center of town. The pleasant cooler breezes due to its higher location were a plus.
The walls are paper-thin and it could get very noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. the mattresses were very hard, causing some discomfort during the night.

Great breakfast buffet with many fresh and delicious options. Beautiful decoration and stunning view from the balcony.
Terrible noise pollution coming from the surrounding area making sleep impossible. the walls are too thin and you can hear everything.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Xochicalco pyramids. The friendly staff helped me arrange a last-minute trip there, and it was definitely worth it! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a balcony and an in-room safe. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and two refreshing swimming pools, one of which overlooked a stunning view of the city and volcano. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking provided here. Highly recommended!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is located near Xochicalco pyramids, which is a must-visit. the staff was welcoming and helped arrange the excursion. Although the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, the hotel grounds and facilities were beautiful. the rooms were simple but clean and had everything we needed. the food at the restaurant was outstanding, and the fresh juice mixes were delicious.
The pool area was not well-maintained and had a sewer smell at times.
